Today i met with a few awkward moments
And i realise actually awkward moments are actually self injected thoughts
If i set my perspective correctly, and go towards the problem, things may be resolved or mitigated at least. All i had to do was smile and say Hi . And things goes smoothly like gliding on ice..
Something to keep in my mind before i forget it some time in the future. From the book 'confidence'

These three words follow a cycle fundamentally determining the effect on ones confidence
What you think will affect how you feel, how you feel will affect how you do, how you do will affect how you think.
For example, if you think that you are poor at talking to people, then u will feel afraid when talking to people and u will talk less , and then u think that your nature is quiet, then you feel inferior, and u shun from people. The vicious cycle goes on.
Whats important is to start thinking positively.
And the way is to communicate with your inner thoughts.
We are always good at encouraging others. But not ourselves. Thats because we dont talk to ourselves.
Talk to the inner thoughts...... Encourage yourself
